ZappEats is an all-in-one digital restaurant platform that provides restaurants one place to obtain a great website, online published menu, marketing advice, online ordering and email marketing by some of the top experts in the restaurant marketing business.  The only product like it that includes everything you need in one place for a low price and no commissions.

Easy.  Either call us at our number at the top and bottom of our site or email us at hello@zzappeats.com and we will assign a dedicated account manager to you. You can be up a running in as little as 7 days. 

Nope.  Never.  We are 100% commission free.  We charge a flat monthly rate (based on the plan you choose) and $1 per order which is paid for by the customer (and $3/$4 less than other platforms) which allows us to keep our platform up to date and working at its highest capability. 

All order issues should be directed to the restaurant.  The restaurant must initiate any refunds or credits with their representative so it is best to reach out to them.  We do not have a department to support customers because we rely on the restaurants to do that.

Nope.  All users are bound by our terms of service as is standard with any software platform.  There is no contract and you can cancel your plan at any time and we will remove your content within 7 business days.
